We care about customer satisfaction, but we keep things clear. Refunds are only offered if:
- The item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong product
- The item is clearly not as described
To request a refund, email us at support@lightstick4you.com within 3 days of delivery. Attach clear photos of the issue and include your order number. If it’s approved, we’ll either refund or resend — whichever you prefer.
We don’t offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Late delivery caused by couriers or customs
- Entering the wrong address at checkout
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days.
